Shipping – It’s Simple
We send daily using Australia Post eParcel service, orders received by 10:30 AM will be processed the same day Monday to Friday.
Holiday Shipping Times
January is when our office and warehouse staff take annual leave, shipping will be restricted to a few days a week during this time. Feel free to contact us by email or instant messaging during holiday periods.
Click and Collect
Items are available for pick up by appointment from our warehouse between 9 AM and 4 PM the same day of purchase, weekends excluded. Click and Collect is not available during holiday periods. There is no extra charge for items picked up from our warehouse.
Australia Post eParcel Service Tracking
A consignment number will be emailed to you by Australia Post as your item scans at their sorting facility. They will contact you again by email or text when it’s onboard for delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping
We use a single flat rate of $9.95 for items in Sydney regardless of quantity or weight. Postage charges for other the areas will show on your cart page after entering your address.
I’m sorry due to extremely high rates for shipping and returns we do not ship to the Northern Territory and remote parts of WA.
Some heavy and bulky items may not be available for remote destinations, and please call for a quote.
The shipping grid below will give you an indication of delivery times you might expect during regular trading. Please add a few more days for delivery around peak holiday times.
Some days Australia post will surprise you with deliveries well within the schedule and other times a few days out.
No Free Shipping No First Order Discounts
We try to give our customers our best possible price all year round, not just once when they make their first purchase.
Express delivery is available for NSW only. Your item ships to the nearest express delivery area, and if you’re outside the specific area, your parcel will then go regular post. According to the Australia Post website, this will still be the fastest option available.
- Your purchase will not be left unattended at the delivery address unless you select “authority to leave” at checkout.
- If your item is lost or damaged during transport, we will cover any loss or damage.
- A signature is required for all deliveries unless you choose “authority to leave”
