Djeco® Colourful Marbling Workshop
Dive into the world of creativity with the Djeco Colourful Marbling Workshop, an engaging activity designed to introduce children to the art of paper marbling with coloured inks. This workshop allows young artists to explore a fascinating technique, finishing the animals on four paintings with stickers they’ve marvellously “printed” themselves.
Kids can experiment by adding inks drop by drop into the water, swirling them together to see the colours gracefully intertwine without merging. By placing the stickers onto the ink-bathed surface, they’ll witness the stunning patterns transfer onto the paper, creating a mesmerizing, almost magical effect.
This comprehensive set comes with everything needed to embark on this artistic adventure: four illustrated boards measuring 21 x 28 cm, 44 stickers for printing, a plastic tray, five bottles of colourful inks including green, orange, black, blue, and brown, plus one transparent. Also included are four sachets of powder for preparing the marbling bath, six sticks for mixing, and a step-by-step colour booklet to guide them through each stage of the process.
Ideal for children aged 7 and older, the Djeco Colourful Marbling Workshop fosters creativity and develops patience and precision as they delve into the traditional art of marbling. It’s a perfect blend of fun and learning, making it a fantastic activity for curious minds eager to explore their artistic talents.

About Djeco®
This is the story of a family business passed down from mother to son.
In the Djeco family, the honour goes to the mother, Véronique Michel-Dalès. She created her small company in 1954 when few women embarked on adventures of this kind.
She devised educational games such as Le loto des quatre jeudis and Ma maison des puces. Djeco's games are attractive, intelligent and fun at the same time. They have been hugely successful and won four Oscars for toys in the 1960s. The company name is a reference to the gecko, the lucky lizard.
